We are holding our first wine dinner event to coincide with one of Spain's finest winemakers Jordi Miro's first visit to Australia.

This is a unique 8 course dinner event with carefully matched exclusive wines and the evening will be hosted by Frank Dilernia (owner), Jordi Mirro, (wine maker) & Felipe Carvajal (sommelier)

 

Jordi Miro’s passion for wine started at an early age. As a child, he worked in his family’s vineyards alongside his father, Miguel Miro. Today, Jordi experiments to create innovative new wines and styles. Working with wines from Terra Alta & Priorat (Catalunya), Jordi's whites and reds combine traditional methods of skin contact maceration with a modern touch. He employs spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, and his wines are very minimally refined or filtered and are outstanding.

$95 per person (food & drinks included)

Drinks from 6.00pm

Dinner starts 6.30pm.

 

Food menu is designed to be a combination of degustation and shared dishes between 2- persons. 

On this occasion we will not be able to modify the menu or allow for dietary conditions if not told beforehand

 

All wines are 100ml pour (Frares wines 70ml)​

Extra wines by the glass can be ordered at $10 glass (100ml)

The event will finish approximately 10.00pm.
