Dish: Fish of the day. “Herb crusted fillet, pequillo pepper salsa”
Dietary notes: Contains seafood, contains gluten, contains dairy.
Pre-heat oven to 220 degrees. Place the fish fillet on a
piece of greaseproof paper on a tray, place in the oven and cook for 5 minutes.
Then place the herb butter onto of the fish.
Bake for a further 8 minutes depending on your oven. To check if its ready place a knife in the centre of the fillet and check the centre is cooked through. Crust should be golden and crispy. While the fish is cooking heat up the sauce in a pot or microwave.
To plate put the sauce in serving bowl/plate first, then cooked fish fillet and drizzle
with olive oil.
