Dish: Braised beef cheeks, cauliflower, mojo verde.
Dietary notes: Gluten free. Contains dairy, contains alcohol.
Half fill a large pot with water and bring to the boil.
Place the beef cheeks in the bag into the pot.
Turn water down to a simmer.
Heat this way for 12-15 minutes or until the beef cheeks are soft to touch.
You can heat the cauliflower the same way, or in microwave. Once both are hot place cauliflower
on plate, then beef cheeks and sauce. Top with mojo verde.
