'Arroz de Marisco’ Bomba rice, saffron, calamari
Dietary Notes: Gluten free. Contains seafood, contains dairy.
Place stock in a medium size pot and bring to the boil.
Add rice and calamari, cook until calamari is tender, rice is just al dente and the
liquid is absorbed. Add charred corn. To finish add butter, parsley, lemon and salt
to taste. If rice seems to thick, loosen with some boiling water. Place into a bowl
and sprinkle with a little smoked paprika.
