In 2019 we dined at Tickets & DisFruTar in Barcelona, 3 Michelin starred restaurant Quique daCosta in Alicante and several other delicious restaurants throughout Spain.

However, the standout was Montia in Madrid and it made such an impression, that we had to get Head Chef & owner Daniel Ochoa to come to Australia this year.

Having spent time honing his skills under world renowned Andoni Luis Adruiz of Mugaritz near San Sebastian,  Daniel Ochoa won the prestigious Madrid Fusión Revelation Chef Award in 2014 and

1-year later received his 1st Michelin star for his brilliant restaurant Montia in MADRID.

Eating at Montia echoes of eating at Mugaritz.  The use of contemporary techniques to create dishes that are imaginative and bursting with subtle pop-in-your-mouth flavours.

 

Visually & tastefully, Daniel offers up a treat. 

Joining him on this trip will be Miguel Angel Gonzalez,

well regarded Spanish Sommelier, who will be pairing

natural wines from throughout Spain

No alterations to the menu

Ingredients may change due to the availability on the day

Wait lists are available

You may choose wines from our extensive wine list if you don't get the matching wines

for extra wines by the glass on the evening from the matching wines, they will be charged at $15 100ml

 

​All Cancellations must be notified 72 hours before the reservation time or 50% cost will be deducted from the credit card supplied.

Bill will be presented at the end of the meal for total cost of dinner and drinks.

Note:- 1.5% card surcharge  Visa/Mastercard/Amex/Eftpos applies

Early sittings aren't required to vacate the tables 

until :- last drinks 11.15pm and the Restaurant must be vacated by 12am
